Job Description 

We are seeking dedicated and talented Conversational AI Developers at junior, mid-tier, and senior levels. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, enhancing our capabilities across both no-code platforms and custom-coded environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Junior Developer:
  • Develop and maintain conversational AI agents using no-code platforms, assist in the integration of AI solutions with existing systems
  • Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings to continuously improve processes
  • Conduct initial testing and debugging to ensure functional performance
     
• Mid-Tier Developer:
  • Lead the development and deployment of conversational AI solutions using both no-code and custom code (Python and/or JavaScript), with similar qualifications for platform AI agent and automation platforms
  • Implement integrations and functionalities using Python, JavaScript and OPEN AI’s Assistants API
  • Optimize and enhance existing AI agents for better performance and user experience
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time
  • Mentor junior developers and guide best practices.
     
• Senior Developer:
  • Architect and design advanced conversational AI solutions with complex integrations.
  • Utilize extensive experience in Python, JavaScript,  (LangChain, Llama-Index, Pandas frameworks) to develop custom functionalities.
  • Lead project teams, manage timelines and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions.
  • Innovate and propose new strategies to improve AI capabilities and business processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Mentor and coach mid-tier and junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Requirements

• Junior Developer:
  • Experience with no-code development platforms in one of more of the following voice and text platforms Vapi, BlandAI, Synthflow, VoiceFlow, Azure, Botpress, Chatbotbuilder and related platforms
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience creating automation integrations using Make and Zapier
  • Basic understanding of Python and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
     
• Mid-Tier Developer:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in either developing conversational AI agents, functional capabilities (e.g., algorithms),  related applications, and custom code integrations.
  • Proficiency in no-code platforms as well as Python, JavaScript and OPEN AI’s Assistants API.
  • Experience with integration and data manipulation libraries such as LangChain, Llama-Index, and Pandas is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in mentoring junior developers.
  • Experience in performance monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting for enterprise clients
  • Experience doing code quality analysis, code testing/staging/integration, etc.
     
• Senior Developer:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying conversational AI solutions, building Python functionalities (e.g., algorithms), and custom code integrations.
  • Expert in Python, JavaScript, and integration libraries such as LangChain, Llama-Index, and Pandas.
  • Proven experience in architecting complex AI systems and managing 1-2 developers.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful project deliveries and client stakeholder management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Experience in performance monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting for enterprise clients
  • Experience doing code quality analysis, code testing/staging/integration, etc.
     
• Agency experience is a plus.
